Learning & Development
Our portfolio consists of many interesting and amazing projects. Everything from developing University credited courses, programs that bring culture of awareness for Internet usage in rural Alberta locations, assistance for not for profits in applying for grants and writing proposals for the business owners.
Because we always work with a passion, we don’t necessarily take on every client. Much of our not for profit work is completed at no charge to our clients or, at the very least, we contribute significantly with in-kind services. The first step to working with us, is to meet and help us understand the requirements and together we can figure out if we are the right fit.
Past Projects
Rural Road Show
We were hired by a not for profit organization to conceptualize a rural Alberta program for increasing knowledge of Internet usage, applied for funding, developed a Train the Trainer program, 15 workshops and a video series, then proceeded to organize the delivery of over 200 workshops throughout Alberta.
Business Analyst Certificate Program
We conceptualized a Business Analyst program for the University of Alberta and managed the development of the program from start to finish.
Seed an Idea
Rebranded Seeds for Success
We conceptualized a Youth Entrepreneurship program for our community of Stony Plain. We have worked through many pilots to discover the perfect fit! This year we are supporting three youth run companies – each awarded startup grants, mentorship and a youth counselor to help them succeed. Youth completing some integral steps in starting a business will also be awarded 5 high school credits.
Custom Software / Application Rollouts
We have a number of clients that have us help during various phases of a new development deployment – from the initial planning stages through to development and delivery of customized training materials that include instructor-led, online videos, quick reference cards and other tools to ensure that a scenario based learning environment is used to help reach a successful implementation phase.
Custom Videos
We have completed like a million videos (maybe this is a little exaggerated but we have done lots!) that have us create custom videos (or a series of videos) to assist with educating our clients customers (internal and external).
